You can only move it a bit? You make sure you have some physio once the plaster comes off so that you can do the appropriate exercises to get full movement back.

Trish in Wellington also has a sore arm - she fell but is not in plaster but is at the Physio twice a week - her movement is getting better.

Have just got home from Christopher's parents celebration for their Birthdays, Wedding Anniversary, but mainly to say thank you to all the people who supported in someway last year when Christopher's dad Richard was unwell and having treatment throughout the whole year. Richard has now been given a clearance so all good.

They hired a small movie theatre, their was wine, beer, orange and water and lots of really nice pizza and we watched a really old black and white movie called Casablanca - it was good. We were invited up to their home afterwards but I have to be up at 5.30am and I have only just got home and the time heading toward midnight so did not do this.

Z'Arn I have just come back from a walk up Sugar Loaf and around the block and all I thought about as I walked was your arm. I am so sorry this has happened and I hope in a few days you have no pain. I wonder how you can keep it stabilised? if you tied your lower arm to your body would this help - it could not be tight just enough to keep your arm in one place without any sudden movements. I would imagine keeping your arm immobilised would help with the healing. I am only guessing though as I have not had a broken arm. When people break their wrists their arms are plastered and put in a sling that is why I am thinking how can you keep your arm rested.

Tomorrow I am going to bake so that I can take some treats up to Great Grandma's Resthome. I am taking xmas cake, lollie cake, xmas mince pies and shortbread. How I wish you kiddos were here to help me.

Tomorrow night - xmas eve I am going to the Church like we did last year to sing xmas carols - remember they gave us a candle?

Wild wild wet sounds like Splash Planet that you went to when in Napier but much much bigger - is that correct?

Yesterday in NZ there was lots of snow in many places that don't normally get snow. People down the road from us must have been out to the snow and brought some back with them and made a snowman on top of their letter box. Tracy & Emma (remember we went to their place and got some clothes for Tierlina and their chook did a poo on the step) well they were staying about 20 minutes out of Napier and they woke up to falling snow. They made Angels in the snow and also snowmen - they said it was so much fun.

Hello Nise yesterday Tielina,Carmelyn,Shin Yee,Monica and me were at Wild Wild Wet! first we went to change. we went on the water slides and Tielina,Shin Yee and I was taller then 1.22m! so I could go on waterworks! We went on the wave pool! My best bit was Teilina doing forward rolls in the water and showing her but .

Can I be your mum Z'Arn? Your mum must be very busy at work.

Tomorrow is Saturday so you and your family will have 2 days to do things together. Let me know what you all did?

Ah Ha Angry Birds is a computer game - correct? Nise doesn't do computer games so I don't know what the games are even called.

Make sure you do not spend too much time on the computer. Remember books are good and you must be a good reader with lots of expression.

Mum! I didn't see anything on recent posts!!!!

Hi Nise. Angry birds is basically if a insect or anything touches an egg they will smash it. So one day they were smashing a mosquito then pigs came and stole their eggs. and they can't fly so they use a slingshot to make them fly and they destroy structures that belong to the pig and they kill pigs. you can get golden eggs and get bonus games.

Housework - is this something you do because:
1. You are happy to help with these chores
2. You like living in a clean place
3. You like cleaning
4. It creates points to be used for something you like

You watched angry birds - was this on TV or out the window?

Ma Ma is a good cook so she will make sure you do not get hungry - she will want you big and strong.

Can you get outside and ride your bike?
